**What to Expect** Robotaxi is now operating commercially and the systems behind it have to grow with our ambitious plans. Join a small team of experts building and scaling the server\-side platform that powers Robotaxi and Optimus: the connectivity, customer control, orchestration, and operation services behind millions of vehicles and robots. This is a hands\-on technical leadership role. You will set technical direction for core systems, drive the roadmap for a portfolio of services, and remain a direct contributor in code and design. You will work with world\-class engineers and cross\-functional teams, with direct impact on the Tesla product roadmap and mission.
