Description: **Job Status:** Regular Full\-Time Schedule: 35\+ hours a week Hourly Rate: $24\-28 **FUNCTION** The Urban League of Rochester, NY, Inc. (ULR) seeks to build a stronger Rochester by creating resources and services that support community and economic development. The Entrepreneurship \& Wealth Building Division provides technical assistance, business coaching, workshops, resources, and entrepreneurial support to small business owners and individuals seeking to start or grow a business. The Manager, Business Development is responsible for the day\-to\-day coordination and implementation of the Entrepreneurship Assistance Center (EAC), working under the direction of the Divisional Director – Business Development. The Manager supports effective program delivery, client engagement, community outreach, partnerships, grant compliance, and achievement of contractual program goals.
