**Job Summary:** As a key member of the technical services team, the Project Engineer will leverage a Civil or Structural Engineering background to drive field engineering and project execution. This includes performing constructability reviews, resolving technical design queries, managing contractor submittals, and providing direct support to site construction activities. Alongside these primary duties, the role provides risk coordination support to project managers across the Santa Cruz project. This risk support is expected to occupy approximately 20 to 30 percent of the role’s time. The Project Engineer will act as a facilitator and custodian of the risk process.
