**Summary** ----------- The Falls Prevention Program is based on national standards, evidence\-based practice, and outcomes research in accordance with the scope of practice. Primary responsibilities for this position include systematic evaluation of current practice, development, coordination, and management of the Falls Prevention Program throughout the facility. Serves as a consultant for problem resolution across service/discipline lines.
