**SCHEDULE: (Full\-Time) Monday\-Friday (8AM \- 4 PM)** **Personal Characteristics:** Servant leader, Kind, Active listener, Encouraging, Dependable, Responsible, Resourceful, Advocate **General Duties:** * Provide leadership and supervision for all direct reports in a supportive and cooperative manner * Engage and support a positive team culture, be an agent of change and advocate for those Avenues serve * Advocate for the Health and well being of program participants, staff and the agency * Understand, support, and fairly implement all Avenues policies and procedures * Report all suspected abuse immediately * Organize, develop and direct daily operations of all assigned programs * Responsible and accountable for the production program at assigned programs * Maintain a positive relationship with current and past contractors and seek out new opportunities for work collaboration * Ensure staff and individuals are properly trained in the completion of contracted work and all associated quality standards * Work as a team with other supervisors to promote and support growth and development of the Vocational program and the agency in general * Responsible for the designated program budg...
