**Job Summary** We are looking for an experienced and motivated landscape maintenance operations manager to oversee daily maintenance operations, crews, equipment and client properties. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, hands\-on, and able to lead a team while maintaining the high quality landscape standards. **PAY IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS** **Responsibilities** * Supervise and manage landscape maintenance crews * Plan daily routes, schedules and work loads * Ensure properties are maintained to company standards and in fulfillment of the contract * Train, coach and hold crew members accountable * Inspect completed work and address quality issues * Communicate with clients and resolve service concerns * Manage equipment, vehicles, materials and supplies * Track labor hours and job productivity * Coordinate seasonal services and special projects * Ensure crews follow the company safety procedures and are using PPE * Assist with hiring and evaluations * Work with ownership/ management on operational improvements **Qualifications** * 5\+ years of landscape maintenance experience * Previous crew leadership and management experience preferred * Strong knowled...
