I want someone we can trust to keep the shop running well, lead the staff, and help the business make money while I step back from handling every daily issue. WHAT THE JOB WOULD INVOLVE This is a full\-time, hands\-on manager position. You would work alongside the crew, help during busy periods, organize schedules and coverage, train employees, and make sure customers get good food and service. You would also handle ordering and inventory, keep an eye on food waste and labor costs, and make sure food is stored safely and the shop is properly cleaned and closed every night. We would review sales and costs together regularly. WHO WOULD BE A GOOD FIT Someone dependable who has successfully managed a restaurant or pizza shop, can give clear direction, and follows through.
