**About the Role** We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee large, complex trade show exhibits from initial planning through fabrication, shipping, installation, and dismantle. This position requires experience managing substantial custom exhibits with multiple vendors, production teams, and installation crews. You should be comfortable handling the office and administrative side of a project, understanding its technical requirements, and providing hands\-on support when needed. **Responsibilities** * Take full ownership of large\-scale exhibit projects, managing schedules, budgets, purchasing, and execution. * Coordinate with clients, designers, fabricators, graphics teams, AV providers, shipping companies, and installation crews. * Review technical drawings, floor plans, construction details, and installation instructions to identify issues before production and setup. * Oversee complex exhibit elements such as custom structures, modular systems, hanging signs, LED walls, lighting, meeting rooms, and raised flooring. * Track fabrication progress, quality, and deadlines to ensure all components are complete and ready for shipment. * Manage show\-service orders, ele...
