**Position Description:** Under the direction of the Branch Manager, the Logistics Manager is responsible for strategically planning and overseeing the day\-to\-day operations of the Logistics Center, including distribution, warehousing, and customer service. This role manages labor resources, maximizes space and storage utilization, oversees inventory, and drives process improvements. The Logistics Manager is a hands\-on leader who develops and directs a high\-performing team to minimize costs, streamline operations, and improve profitability. The position champions operational excellence and best practices across the supply chain to achieve greater efficiency. Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is essential.
