**EVERETT PUBLIC SCHOOLS** CTI Program Manager \- Cohort 2 September 2027\-December 2027 **Description** Everett Public Schools is seeking a Program Manager to oversee the implementation of its CTI Culinary Arts adult\-training program. The Program Manager will coordinate program operations, employer engagement, participant placement opportunities, partnership development, data management, and grant\-related reporting. The Program Manager is required to be on\-site for the first hour of every scheduled class day during the cohort period. **Required Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in education, workforce development, business administration, program management, or a related field preferred. * + In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, a current Chapter 74 teaching license will be accepted. * Experience coordinating educational, workforce\-development, career\-training, or grant\-funded programs. * Experience developing partnerships with employers, community organizations, or workforce\-development agencies. * Strong organizational, communication, data\-management, and recordkeeping skills. * Ability to coordinate multiple program components, partners, deadlines, and reporting requiremen...
