Authority is building an industry intelligence platform that combines expert insight with data to improve online news coverage and forecasts about business, financial and economic outcomes. We are looking for a Real Estate Finance Advisor who is currently active in the United States market and has up\-to\-date market intelligence. This is a flexible, paid consulting engagement of up to 2 hours per month. **What you will do** -------------------- * Provide concise written or recorded commentary on current developments, market shifts and likely business outcomes. * Review articles, reports and forecast assumptions for accuracy, especially in real estate lending, underwriting, debt and equity structures, valuations, refinancing, development finance and capital markets. * Explain the practical implications for companies, investors and decision\-makers. * Contribute insight that may be featured in Authority content and major industry news outlets. * When relevant, consider separate market advisory opportunities with organizations in our client base. **Requirements** ---------------- * At least 5 years of relevant professional experience. * Currently operating in the United States market...
