Description

* Balancing the accounts from day shift * Managing front desk activity and handling guest check\-ins and check\-outs * Ensuring customer satisfaction by scheduling wake\-up\-calls and other concierge activities according to guest preference * Handling customer requests and complaints and directing other employees or departments accordingly * Managing and updating all official documentation pertaining to the role * Ensuring that all end\-of\-day activities have been successfully executed by employees in all departments * Answering calls and inquiries related to potential booking or about the hotel * Helping overnight with Laundry * Sending out report emails to the corporate office. * Setting up breakfast for breakfast attendant * Maintaining cleanliness of lobby during downtime * Preassigning rooms for the next day * Going through credit cards and authorizing 3rd party prepaid reservations * Communicate with following shifts \& supervisors about any issues during the shift. Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $13\.50 \- $14\.50 per hour Benefits: * Employee discount Work Location: In person
