First up: a truck‑mounted carpet cleaning unit that needs a fuel\-system diagnosis. You pull manufacturer manuals, hook up test equipment, and trace the issue. By mid\-morning, you’ve updated the customer by phone, priced the repair, and scheduled pickup in our software. After lunch, you help a teammate lift a dehumidifier onto the bench, present an estimate for a duct\-cleaning tool refurbishment, and coordinate parts with a vendor so tomorrow’s workflow stays on track.
