Responsibilities/Job Description: We are seeking a physical therapist to join our multi\-disciplinary rehab team at Fairview Ridges Hospital in Burnsville! The physical therapist will work with a variety of patient populations, including, but not limited to, ortho, neuro, general medical, general surgical, cardiac, oncology and medically complex. In collaboration with patients and families, the physical therapist is responsible for providing safe and effective delivery of patient care within scope of practice. This includes examination, evaluation, diagnosis, planning, intervention and establishing outcomes. * FTE: 0\.9, (72 hrs per pay period). * Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, 8:00am \- 4:30pm and weekend (Saturday \& Sunday) rotation every four weeks and one holiday per year. * Full benefits such as medical, HSA, dental insurance, vision insurance, 403b, PTO, Shift Differentials, health \& wellbeing resources, paid for continuing education credits, and more!
