Job Description Job Title: Scheduling Specialist II \- Sugar Land Division: Medicine Work Arrangement: Onsite only Location: Sugar Land, TX Salary Range: $39,150 \- $46,059 FLSA Status: Nonexempt Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. **Summary** ----------- The Department of Medicine at Baylor College of Medicine is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated scheduler to join their Sugar Land practice. The position requires patient education and navigation through the patient's journey, including prepping patients for the procedure and scheduling the procedure with BCM \& St. Luke's EMR. The candidate will also triage patients by working with providers and clinical team for any referrals that could be scheduled as a clinic visit or procedure. The candidate will register the patient in both EMRs, review incoming referrals and orders, and answer patient calls and/or MyChart Messages. The candidate will work Monday to Friday, 8 hours daily.
