**Standard Job Description** ---------------------------- You will be the Project Engineering Associate Manager for the PAC‑3 Launcher Depot Operations team. Our team is responsible for sustaining PAC‑3 launchers, managing repairs and recapitalization, and ensuring timely material movement and international shipments. What You Will Be Doing As the Project Engineering Associate Manager you will be responsible for leading the depot‑level sustainment effort, coordinating logistics, and driving cost, schedule, and technical performance. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: * Oversee the efficient flow and delivery of USG \& FMS customer repairs and recapitalized launcher hardware. * Serve as the primary liaison between program contacts and Production Operations, delivering clear, timely status updates. * Manage logistics processes—including replenishment, data‑interchange, demand management, and electronic data systems—to continuously improve standard procedures. * Maintain full accountability and traceability for every repair, induction, and shipment, keeping status data accurate and current. * Lead and develop multiple direct reports, handling performance revie...
