**At NASCAR, you will work alongside passionate people creating experiences fans feel and helping shape the future of sports and entertainment.** NASCAR is seeking a **Financial Analyst, Pay Services** to support payroll accounting, financial reporting, and salary and benefit planning. In this role, you’ll partner with Finance, Payroll, and Benefits to ensure accurate financial records, turn data into actionable insights, and improve processes. This position will be based in Daytona Beach, Florida. **What You’ll Do** * Reconcile payroll bank, benefit, liability, and tax accounts; investigate discrepancies and recommend solutions. * Prepare payroll journal entries and support month\-end close in accordance with internal policies and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). * Partner with Finance to maintain accurate general ledger mappings and payroll accounting interfaces. * Support salary and benefit budgets and forecasts using Workday and Adaptive Planning, including data transfers, trend analysis, and projections. * Analyze salary and benefit expenses against budgets and forecasts, and create reports that help leaders understand variances and opportunities for improvemen...
