Innova is seeking a motivated Project Engineer with strong structural engineering experience who is ready to grow into an Assistant Project Manager role supporting major international transportation infrastructure projects. This position is ideal for an engineer who enjoys hands\-on technical design work while developing leadership, coordination, and project management skills. The Design Engineer will work closely with Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams on small and large transportation projects, contributing to the design and coordination of complex structural systems. Over time, this role will expand into increased project oversight, client coordination, scheduling, and management responsibilities.
