Description: This is an **exempt level position** that is a multi\-faceted position responsible for conducting clinical audits, coordinating, and performing RN and CNA skill assessments and supervisory visits, and developing, coordinating, and delivering education and training programs for clinical staff. The Clinical Educator ensures that staff are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to provide high\-quality patient care while maintaining compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards. The role supports staff development through new\-hire orientation, ongoing education, competency assessments, and professional development initiatives. In collaboration with clinical leadership, the Clinical Educator identifies learning needs, implements evidence\-based practices, and promotes continuous improvement in clinical performance, staff competency, and patient outcomes. **Physical Demands** This job requires an employee to stand, talk and hear.
