Job Description Job Summary The Finance team supports strategic and operational decision\-making through financial analysis, planning, accounting, reporting, and performance evaluation. This role contributes to that work by supporting U.S. international tax compliance, reporting, planning, and process improvement activities. Position Description The Associate Director, International Tax will report to the Executive Director, Tax Operations, in Rahway, NJ. **Key responsibilities include:** * Prepare and review U.S. international tax compliance forms and disclosures, including Forms 5471, 8858, 8865, 1118, 8992, and 8993\. * Prepare and review U.S. international tax calculations, including Subpart F, GILTI, FDII, and foreign tax credits. * Support ASC 740 tax accounting and provision review. * Support Country\-by\-Country Reporting, including Form 8975 and Schedule A, Public CbCR, Pillar Two reporting, and GloBE Information Return filings. * Support cross\-border structuring and tax planning through modeling and analysis of transactions, business initiatives, and legislative or regulatory changes. * Assist with dividend planning and tax\-efficient cash repatriation, including coordin...
