### **Cost \& Finance Accountant** **Haulotte Bil\-Jax \| Archbold, OH \| Full\-Time \| On\-Site** **Manufacturing Cost Accounting Experience Required** Haulotte Bil\-Jax is seeking a hands\-on **Cost \& Finance Accountant** to support our Scaffolding Division. This role partners closely with Operations, Production, Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance to analyze manufacturing costs, inventory, profitability, forecasting, and business performance. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Manage standard costing, manufacturing variances, PPV, and product profitability analysis. * Oversee inventory accounting, WIP, cycle counts, reconciliations, and inventory controls. * Lead month\-end close, financial reporting, account analysis, and management reporting. * Support budgeting, forecasting, pricing, and profitability analysis. * Develop financial reporting and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, and ERP data. * Partner with Operations to improve cost visibility and operational performance. ### **Required Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. * 5\+ years of accounting or finance experience. * Strong manufacturing cost accounting experience required. * Knowledg...
