Position Title: Senior Analyst \- Financial Planning \& Analysis Job Description: **Purpose \& Scope:** The Senior Analyst of Financial Planning \& Analysis (FP\&A), supports the financial strategy, forecasting, and analysis for all assigned business units, divisions, departments and subsidiary companies. This Senior Financial Analyst supports translation of corporate strategy into actionable financial plans and reports directly to the System Senior Director of Financial Planning and Performance or Manager of Budget and Financial Reporting for assigned VHC Health Entities and departments. The role requires advanced financial, operational analytical skills to identify key efforts to support enhanced business growth and operational efficiency. **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required. Master's degree (MBA) is preferred. **Experience:** Extensive experience (4\-5\+ years) in corporate finance or FP\&A, including significant experience as a key contributor, developer of concept or other development role.
