Description

The Youth Ministry Project Coordinator for parishes provides leadership for the implementation of the Salesian Design–Serve–Reflect Initiative across the nine Salesian parishes of the USA West Province. This position strengthens parish youth ministry by accompanying parish leaders, mentoring youth, developing adult companions, coordinating service opportunities, and ensuring consistent implementation of the Province’s youth ministry framework. This position works closely with parish staff, volunteers, and provincial leadership to support young people (ages 14–30\) in becoming missionary disciples through leadership, service, theological reflection, and active participation in parish life. The position also develops resources, evaluates outcomes, and helps build a sustainable and replicable model of youth ministry throughout the Province. Work with Youth Ministry Delegate to assist in the coordination of pastors, associate pastors, and lay members at parishes.
