Market and Procurement Policy works on a wide range of issues including the changing nature of the grid (e.g., increased reliance on energy\-limited resources and energy storage resources), clean energy procurement policy, reliability\-based energy/capacity market design (e.g., Resource Adequacy and Integrated Resource Planning), and generation\-based cost recovery issues (e.g., Power Charge Indifference Adjustment, Cost Allocation Mechanism, and Energy Resource Recovery Account).
