**SPIRIT MOUNTAIN VILLAS / DULUTH, MINNESOTA** Guest Services Coordinator **Part\-time:** approximately 20–36 hours per week \| **Schedule:** primarily 9 AM–5 PM, including weekends \| **Reports to:** General Manager **The opportunity** The Mountain Villas is a year round vacation rental property made up of 14 Villas. Located on top of Spirit Mountain in Duluth MN. We are looking for a dependable, service\-minded person to support our General Manager with guest communication and daily on\-site operations. This is a hands\-on role: roughly 70% guest service and communication, with the balance focused on preparing villas for turnovers, inspecting them, and helping around the property. **Guest service and communication** * Monitor and respond to guest emails and inquiries before, during, and after stays. * Answer phones and enter stays into the reservation system * Help guests with check\-in, check\-out, villa information, and concerns; coordinate practical solutions. * General bookkeeping duties including entering income and expenses into QuickBooks * Communicate clearly and promptly with guests, housekeepers, maintenance providers, and the General Manager. * Escalate significant iss...
