Come join a workforce where we put you first! **JOB SUMMARY:** The Commodity Manager is responsible for developing and executing commodity strategies that support Spectrum Control’s operational, financial, and customer objectives across multiple manufacturing locations. This hands\-on, people manager will lead and develop a team of three commodity professionals while remaining actively involved in major supplier negotiations, contracting, cost reduction, risk mitigation, and supplier performance management. Working closely with Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Program Management, the Commodity Manager will build a reliable and competitive supply base for highly engineered products serving the aerospace, defense, and other high\-reliability markets.
