Charge Nurse, ED, Nights, Full\-Time **Job Summary/Purpose** The Charge Nurse provides shift\-based leadership, clinical expertise, and operational oversight for the nursing unit. This role ensures safe, high\-quality patient care while supporting staff, coordinating assignments, and serving as a resource for clinical and administrative issues during the shift.
