**About the Opportunity** **Job Summary** Reporting to the Associate Director of Fraternity and Sorority Life within the Center for Student Involvement (CSI), the Assistant Director of Fraternity and Sorority Life builds the infrastructure needed to support a healthy, safe, and meaningful fraternity and sorority experience on Northeastern University’s Boston campus. The position is one of three full\-time staff members supporting more than 40 social Greek\-letter organizations and over 3,750 affiliated students, representing approximately 16% of the undergraduate student population. The Assistant Director supports students and chapters within four governing councils: the Interfraternity Council (IFC), Multicultural Greek Council (MGC), National Pan\-Hellenic Council (NPHC), and Panhellenic Council. The Assistant Director provides leadership for student safety, well\-being, harm prevention, and leadership development initiatives within the Fraternity and Sorority Life (FSL) community.
