**Director of Finance \- Position Summary** Savy Management is seeking a highly analytical, execution\-driven, hands\-on **Director of Finance** to lead financial performance, planning, accountability, and long\-term financial infrastructure across Savy Management and its operating companies, including Savy \& Sons, JWI, and Aligned Elevator. Reporting directly to the CEO and serving as a member of the leadership team, the Director of Finance will be responsible for protecting and improving profitability, building annual budgets and forecasts, developing enterprise KPIs and financial scorecards, analyzing company and job\-level performance, leading the finance function, and providing clear financial recommendations that support better business decisions. This is not a purely advisory finance role. The Director of Finance must be comfortable moving between high\-level strategy and hands\-on execution—building financial models, reviewing project profitability, working inside company systems, coaching the finance team, and driving initiatives from concept through completion.
