The Role Your primary responsibility will be to **connect with customers, build relationships, identify opportunities, and get service calls booked on the schedule.** You'll work with both inbound and outbound customers, including existing customers, previous customers, membership customers, and customers who have previously received estimates or contacted our company. The ideal person is comfortable picking up the phone, having real conversations with people, asking good questions, and confidently asking for the appointment. What You'll Do * Handle inbound customer calls and schedule plumbing, heating, and air service appointments * Make outbound calls to existing and previous customers * Follow up with customers who previously received estimates or requested service * Contact customers about maintenance, inspections, memberships, and seasonal services * Identify opportunities to help customers with additional plumbing or HVAC needs * Build relationships with customers rather than simply "taking calls" * Maintain a high booking rate and consistently work toward performance goals * Accurately enter customer information and appointment details into our systems * Follow up with custo...
