**Job Overview** ---------------- Hubbell Incorporated is looking for a strategic, results\-driven Senior Commodity Manager to lead commodity management for the Wiring Systems Business Unit within our Electrical Products Supply Chain organization. This role owns the end\-to\-end commodity strategy for the Wiring portfolio. It drives multi\-million\-dollar material productivity, builds a resilient supply base, and makes sure suppliers can support the business’s growth. The Senior Commodity Manager leads and develops a team of commodity specialists and works closely with Purchasing, Planning, Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Corporate Commodity Management to deliver measurable results in cost, lead time, quality, and supplier delivery performance. **A Day In The Life** --------------------- Strategy \& Leadership * Develop, own, and execute multi\-year commodity strategies for the Wiring Systems portfolio (e.g., copper/aluminum wire, steel, fasteners, plastics/resins, and electronics) that align with BU growth plans and the annual operating plan. * Lead, coach, and develop commodity specialists and analysts.
