**Assistant Regional Facilities Manager** **Facilities / Capital Projects** **Reports To** Capital Project Manager **Location** Texas or Oklahoma, based in or near a major city with convenient access to a major airport **Travel** Semi\-regular overnight travel, up to 30%, based on project needs **Markets** Texas, Oklahoma, Ohio, Mississippi, Indiana, Florida, and other markets as the portfolio grows **Position Summary** ==================== The Assistant Facilities Manager supports the Capital Project Manager on capital improvement, life\-safety, and casualty loss projects across Friedman’s multifamily portfolio, most of which is under court\-appointed receivership. The role assists on portfolio\-wide work and leads assigned projects and property\-level tasks on the Capital Project Manager’s behalf.
