**General Purpose of the Position:** This position provides customer service and support by having high level of understanding of the various product lines of WIE which include data and networking; education products; industrial/automation; and security products. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:*** Interact with customers via telephone and email to provide support and information on products, services and order status. * Handle requests for price quotes, credit applications, purchase orders, order adjustments and order cancellations. * Place timely orders with vendors by computer, phone, email or fax. * Remain current with discount structure and WIE products. * Maintain current customer accounts, build relationships. * Work closely with inside sales and sales reps in team environment. * Performs other duties as assigned. **Skills and Abilities Required:*** Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Excellent time management skills. * Knowledge of or ability to learn industrial electronic products and applications. * Proficient computer skills. * Strong communication and problem\-solving skills. * Custome...
