#### **Job Title: Customer Service Specialist** Reports To: Store Lead FLSA Status: Non\-exempt ❒ Temporary ❒ Full\-Time ❒ Part\-Time #### **GENERAL SUMMARY** Your responsibilities will include greeting customers, answering their questions, providing product information, and more. You will also assist in stocking shelves, creating displays of merchandise, and helping to maintain a clean and orderly merchandise presentation and overall store cleanliness. STARTING PAY: \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ This position does have a cap pay rate. #### **ESSENTIAL DUTIES \& RESPONSIBILITIES** Include the following.
