**Job Description** =================== This position will be responsible for helping manage outgoing freight to our customers for all TL and LTL shipments. This position reports to the warehouse supervisor. **Essential Functions of this Role:** * The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: * Operate electric pallet jack. * Compile and maintain various daily, weekly, and monthly reports. * Coordinate with in\-house sales team to promote accurate and timely processing of orders for customers. * Assist in maintaining logistics planning tasks. * Perform computer lookup/inquiries to determine product location and/or description * Stage material in proper location for shipment * Attention to detail and ability to follow directions to meet deadlines * Follows all safety and security procedures * Process freight documents and provide outstanding customer service. * Process all shipments via TL and LTL with High Jump, and/or any other shipping software. * Validate physical shipment attributes on all required export documentation. * Maintain and document departmental processes and procedures as necessary to reflect the current process accurate...
