Job Summary We are looking Operations Supervisor to oversee impact\-resistant windows and doors installation projects. This role is responsible for supervising installation crews, coordinating daily operations, monitoring project progress, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards and established deadlines. Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate installation crews and daily field operations. * Monitor installation progress to ensure projects stay on schedule. * Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other team members. * Ensure compliance with safety procedures and quality standards. * Resolve installation issues and communicate project updates. * Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials. Qualifications * Bilingual in English and Spanish (required). * Previous experience in operations supervision, construction, or installation management preferred. * Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. * Ability to coordinate multiple projects and manage priorities. * Knowledge of impact\-resistant windows and doors installation is a plus.
