A luxury boutique travel agency designing one\-of\-a\-kind journeys for discerning travelers. Our clients come to us for exceptional service, deep destination knowledge, and the kind of attention to detail that turns a trip into a memory. We've grown quickly, and our back office needs to catch up with our front of house. We're looking for a part\-time Controller to bring order, clarity, and confidence to our finances. To be clear, this role is with a luxury travel agency, not Venn. **The role** This is a fractional, part\-time role for a hands\-on finance professional who enjoys building as much as maintaining. You'll own day\-to\-day accounting end to end — payroll, billing, payables, and the monthly close — and set up the systems and controls that let a small, high\-touch business scale.
