The General Manager is responsible for the overall success of a Jalapeño Tree restaurant, leading all daily operations with a focus on quality, service, cleanliness, and team development. This includes oversight of front and back\-of\-house operations, labor scheduling, inventory management, and financial performance. The GM drives guest satisfaction, ensures consistent execution of Crazy Good Mexican Food™, and fosters a positive, inclusive workplace. Responsibilities include training and developing managers and hourly staff, maintaining food safety and sanitation standards, resolving guest issues, ensuring regulatory compliance, and upholding brand standards.
