**Title:** Operations Manager **Job Summary:** Oversee distribution operations including warehouse, transportation and overall facilities. Responsible for improving operations performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability through the implementation of effective methods and strategies. **Status**: Exempt **Reports to:** President and CEO **Specific Duties:** * Execute and optimize warehouse and transportation functions. Drive cost containment initiatives. * Create standard operating procedures to help the business scale and expand operations. * Establish expectations for supervisors, measure performance, provide feedback and maintain accountability for performance and performance of teams. * Ensure goods are properly stored, inventoried and delivered in accordance with corporate policy and established customer service levels. * Establish operations staffing levels and monitor implementation. * Monitor customer order accuracy and delivery commitments to ensure company standards are achieved * Develop and implement procedures to meet the regulations of DOT, OSHA and other governmental regulating departments for implementation through supervisors.
