Our mission is to deliver fast, reliable internet connectivity to customers beyond the reach of existing networks. From individual households to schools, hospitals, businesses, and government agencies, Amazon Leo will serve people and organizations operating in locations without reliable connectivity. Space\-rated wire harnesses don’t get a second chance once they’re integrated onto a satellite — every splice, crimp, and routing decision has to be right the first time. We’re looking for a Hardware Development Specialist who lives and breathes aerospace harnessing: someone who can look at a bundle, a connector, or a routing plan and immediately know whether it meets the standard. You’ll be the harnessing authority inside our development lab — the person engineering teams come to when a new build needs to get off the ground, and the person our harnessing technicians come to when a build needs a second set of expert eyes.
