Position Overview We are seeking a hands\-on and highly organized **Store Operations \& General Manager** to oversee the day\-to\-day operations, team performance, client experience, and revenue growth of our skincare business in Los Angeles. This is a broad operational leadership role. The ideal candidate is not simply an administrative manager. We are looking for someone who can manage people, improve processes, monitor sales performance, maintain operational standards, and actively contribute to business growth.
