**Dunkin’ Assistant Restaurant Manager** Learn to Run the Restaurant Ready to move from running shifts to running the business? As a Dunkin’ Assistant Manager with Bluemont Group, a local Dunkin’ franchisee, you’re the General Manager’s right hand. You lead the team through the morning rush, help hire and train, and learn the numbers behind a busy QSR: labor, food cost and cash. This is the role that gets you ready for your own restaurant. **What you’ll do** * Lead shifts on the floor, including drive\-thru and the morning rush * Help your GM hire, train and cross\-train Crew Members and Shift Leaders * Coach the team, recognize wins and handle performance issues quickly and fairly * Keep every shift on Dunkin’ standards for quality, speed and cleanliness * Roll out new menu items, promotions and marketing on time * Control labor, food cost and cash; review results with your GM and plan fixes * Keep the team and guests safe: food safety, cleanliness and preventive maintenance * Earn and keep your ServSafe® certification **Hours \& schedule** * Our restaurants are open as early as 4 a.m. and as late as 11 p.m. Hours vary by location and day. * Opening and closing shifts, early morni...
