Description: The Senior Social Media Specialist is responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and enhancing Sames Auto Group's social media presence across all dealership locations and affiliated brands. This position ensures that social media content published throughout the organization aligns with company branding, manufacturer guidelines, advertising regulations, and established marketing strategies. The Senior Social Media Specialist provides centralized oversight of dealership social media activities, including content creation, publishing, community management, compliance monitoring, and performance analysis. This position also serves as a resource for dealership personnel by providing guidance, training, and support to employees responsible for creating or publishing social media content. Working closely with the Marketing Communications team, BDC, General Managers, and dealership personnel, this position ensures that social media activities strengthen brand awareness, support business objectives, encourage customer engagement, and uphold Sames Auto Group's reputation.
