The ECMO ICU RN is competent in all mechanical circulatory devices including percutaneous and implantable ventricular assist devices, intra\-aortic balloon pumps, continuous renal replacement therapy and ECMO. Our team is dedicated, efficient, inspiring and committed to providing the most elite extracorporeal care available in the world. **ECMO ICU** **Patient Population:** All ECLS patients receiving VA, VV, VP, VA\-V, RVAD and ECPR therapies.
