Our Leadership Development Program is built for graduating students who want real responsibility early, and a clear path to leadership. In this role, you will be deployed to the places across JM Test Systems where the business needs you most: a division working through a performance challenge, an acquisition being integrated, or a new service model being built. You'll start by supporting the work and quickly take on ownership. Reporting to our VP of Corporate Development \& Strategy, the program is designed to move you into a permanent role with real ownership within 12 to 18 months, such as division, rental, or lab management, or a corporate manager role in areas like analytics, continuous improvement, FP\&A, or supply chain.
