**Registered Nurse (RN) Progressive Care Unit** **Location:** Columbia, MO **Job Type:** Contract **Contract:** 13 Weeks **Pay Rate: $ 1,700 To $ 1,947 Per week** **Schedule:** Night Shift **Experience:** Minimum 2 Years **About the Role** We are seeking an experienced **Registered Nurse (RN) Progressive Care Unit (PCU) / Stepdown** for a 13\-week contract in Columbia, Missouri. The RN will care for higher\-acuity medical, surgical, and neurological patients requiring progressive care monitoring and interventions. Candidates must have strong critical care skills, including vasoactive drip titration, advanced line management, respiratory support, and complex patient care. Experience in both **ICU and PCU** is preferred. Floating to other units based on staffing and patient care needs is required. **Responsibilities** * Provide comprehensive nursing care to progressive care and stepdown patients with complex medical, surgical, and neurological conditions. * Assess and continuously monitor patients, recognize changes in clinical condition, and initiate appropriate nursing interventions. * Titrate ordered vasoactive and cardiac medications, including medications such as phenylephrine, ...
