**JOB SUMMARY / GENERAL DESCRIPTION:** This position is responsible for the execution of Supply Chain Services (SCS) processes that support the flow of goods into the divisions. **ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS / PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:** Other duties may be assigned. A teammate in this position must have the ability to: * Monitor and execute against Purchase Order Confirmation reporting. * Maintain Purchase Order Tracking Systems. * Perform Purchase Order Confirmation process to ensure correct Costing, Quantity, and Delivery Dates and other relative values. * Communicate all discrepancies on the above via manual and systematic processes. * Enter item data into procurement systems. * Review documents to determine completeness and accuracy prior to processing. * Work with document submitting teammate/department to resolve any issues. * Understand and apply different requirements for various data tables and fields by customer. * Provide input for process improvements and process/procedure documentation. * Learn other areas of the department to fill in for teammates and expand knowledge base. **MINIMUM SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:** A teammate in this position must: * High scho...
