Job Scope: This position will require someone to work closely with field representatives, insurance adjusters, clients, customers and all parties involved in claims remediation to produce accurate estimates for damage assessments and carrier loss evaluations. This position is highly proficient in Xactimate Sketch. This position will be responsible for creating and managing estimates for residential, commercial lines of business. Job Responsibilities: Review and develop insurance and non\-insurance estimates using field inspection documentation, photographs and scope sheets. Inspect prospective projects and provide a detailed and accurate scope of work and estimate to clients, adjusters or lenders. Develop estimates including creation of detailed and accurate diagrams in Xactimate Sketch along with detailed line items in Xactimate to submit for insurance and client review. Negotiate and obtain agreed upon pricing to secure contracts with clientele. Consistently identify potential site hazards (asbestos, lead paint, mold, etc).
