As a **Quality Assurance Lead**, you will be the standard bearer for pallet and reusable asset quality at your site. You will inspect, audit, document, and coach so that every pooled pallet, Good Wood pallet, and reusable asset we return to the customer or pooler meets specification the first time. Your work directly protects our audit scores, our damage and rejection costs, and the trust we hold with Walmart and the pallet pooling companies. **This is a hands on working lead role on the sort floor and dock.
