You will guide the Violence Interrupters, Outreach Workers, and Case Managers who serve Riverdale, Roseland, and West Pullman, direct the response when conflict breaks out, and keep the site running day to day. This role is for a steady, trusted leader who knows these neighborhoods and is ready to develop a team doing some of the hardest work in the city. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and mentor Violence Interrupters, Outreach Workers, and Case Managers, including scheduling, performance, and professional development * Coordinate real\-time response to shootings, active conflicts, and hospital\-based intervention * Provide trauma\-informed supervision and regular staff debriefs to prevent burnout * Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, faith leaders, and local stakeholders * Ensure accurate data collection, incident logging, and shift reporting for grant compliance * Manage the site's daily operations, budget, and resources, and uphold staff safety protoco...
